Ishaan Gupta specializes in the development of high-throughput genomics-based molecular biology assays and associated quantitative computational statistics software that can uncover nucleic acid-based variation from thousands of samples to help understand the origin of heterogeneity and its contribution to disease. He has worked across a variety of single-celled, multi-cellular model organisms relevant to human disease.
